SNSD hands down. Shook up and revolutionised the whole industry, biggest and most popular group of their time and influenced many more to come. Other sm groups may have had their particular popularity or the sales or impact but I don’t think any other combines so many srengths into 1 group like them.

I'd have to go with SNSD. They changed the game for girl groups. Cultural impact across Asia yada yada
