Winwin was in the group from 2016-18, then moved to WayV. This was handled poorly and created a lot of backlash so it's the last time they moved a member between groups like that. This was around Regular, so just as the group was getting more exposure and success and he did not participate in the US promo push or Neo City tour. This is part of why I don't think they'll move Yuta into the new Japan unit. People still complain about the Winwin situation 4 years later.
