Only if there’s a photobook too
Actually, that sounds like fun!

You're new and already got banned? That's impressive
What came in the one you bought?
So the photo cards are worth it to you? Do you collect or just buy to support your faves?
Actually, that sounds like fun!
Lol ot sounds like attempted murder. a hard thrown thin spinning disc hitting your neck might be bad lol
Sentimental value them. Honestly, the packaging would have to have display value for me to buy it without the cd, lyrics books, and photobooks even though I mainly buy it for a keepsake too. My albums are on a shelf and are pleasant to look at for me. I don't want just a cardboard envelope of cards.
I prefer the complete package

I don't think that's going to be a choice
I buy an album from each comeback because I like collecting them and want to support BTS. But i don’t really use any of the pcs, posters etc. I just use the CDs in my car. So I’m fine with no pcs (I usually give them away to my nieces).
Ooppss. I read it wrongly. Even if there’s no CD and just pcs, if it’s BTS, I would buy them. Because I want to have all of their releases as a part of my collection.
So literally just photocards?
Like a trading card pack?
That’s tricky question. If they give the photobook then yes. The photobook is half the fun of the albums. The other is the cd which I actually listen so I would be sad if there wouldn’t be any but I would understand it. I would still buy it for the photo book but not for photocards only.
I probably still would, especially if its signed lol.
It honestly make no difference for me, some people may already know, I don't open my albums, they're purely collectors items for me.

sounds like that's pretty much what it would be like

yeah, I quite like the photobooks too. I might buy for that, but not just for pcs

If the packaging and item looked good, like a collectible, I might be tempted. But I saw an opening for jhope's jack in the box and that didn't appeal to me.
Yeah, I think the issue is just it's shape is to unconventional, it sticks outs oddly with the rest of your album collection.

I don't mind the shape actually. It could look like cute merch sitting on a shelf with my lightsticks and tiny figures. It's the material. It looks like it's basically a paper box with some coating on it and folded together. It doesn't look good to me and probably won't hold up well. If it was a sturdier material and a solid box, it would be nice (but then would be expensive to ship).
A package with photocards sound like a merch instead of album, do u still call it album without CD and photobook?
Edit: it is like trading card packs isnt it, like JYP has been doing for Japanese release. What's the difference? Just add a card with barcode/link to listen to songs and view photobook online and call it an album?

That's what it sounds like. I'm really curious if it will still count towards charts. Seems like it shouldn't.

KiT albums which based on similar concept are counted. But KiT album has the physical KiT video thingy (which is replacing CD)
if its cheaper sure i dont even own a cd player cant use them either way

Do you collect photocards or just like buying it as a keepsake? Or just to support the group?

It's highly unlike photobooks to be included. They are getting rid of everything physical except photocards for obvious reason (and ofc packaging)
Looking forward to see what will be included in twice "album" , only photocards, stickers and qr code or will there be more content

Then thanks but no thanks. Lol. Other then they are pretty I find photocard a pretty useless. Meanwhile photobook I actually pick up to look at them because they are well made.
Honestly they could just sell the comeback photos separately. Like an actual photobook, a separate comeback merch. I would buy it. Txt does have the yearly H:our photobooks but they are too expensive.
Imagine asking me to pay shipping for a few pieces of paper
