Tbh people are already making videos where you can see she being avoided and ignored by her members and by those videos you could say they didn't had a good relationship, the fact she is silent about this may be bc she is still under DSP and is scared, but I don't know... What makes me angry is how basically everyone who tries to defend april accepts the accusations but try to lowkey gaslight and shame on sensitive people. Their statements are basically a “ur nice but if u weren’t that weak u wouldn’t have been bullied, have a nice day“. This is by far the worst handled controversy of the recent ones and Cube literally put the ladder very low and they actually achieved to be worse than them.

Thing about this situation is that their is a lot of holes in the story:
Hole 1- everyone who is defending April emphasize on the absence of physical abuse so does it mean there was a mental abuse that they just ignored ?
Holes 2- If Hyunjoo was having such a hard time in the group why did she decided to stay in the company and why here parents let her stay ? And why is she saying anything about this situation?
So someone is lying here.

I don't think ive seen anyone blatantly forgetting about the mental abuse side of thing. What is baffling is that there is absolutely NO PROOF there was actually bullying yet 99% of the users already decided which side they will listen.
All the allegations need to be taken seriously and carefully, as it is IMPOSSIBLE right now to separate lies from truth.
Now people are digging way back in time to find videos that fits a narrative when we all know this is extreme nitpicking and doesn't prove anything. You could find the same type of videos for the T-ARA and AOA cases, but the outcome were very different.
I don't think it is easy to find a company that is willing to follow your career path. She obviously wanted to be an actress, and DSP accepted that. The April situation isn't in my opinion part of why she chose to stay in the company. If this issue was brought up, she most likely would have left the company altogether. I think she stayed because DSP offered better opportunities, it is not correlated to this scandal. She also most likely was fine with just ignoring her former bullies.

This situation could be a T-ara or AoA (even though it reminds me more of T-ara both were started by the siblings complaining about the bullying happing twords their sibling), i think the thing that is bothering me is Hyunjoo not speaking.

unlike big 3, group from small company like april probably have debt to company. well, you can google about this. i guess until april's debt is done, hyunjoo cant leave the group

Contracts are a thing, and have monetary consequences if the company doesn't voluntarily release you. She stayed because she HAD to.

Staying silent is the BEST thing she can do. Let the company come to her on this one, make them deal with it on her (or her lawyer's) terms. Both the statements they released don't really help the company, it sounds like at best they mistreated her and didn't step in when she needed help. Now they're regretting it. Stay quiet and let them.

forcing her to release a statement seems to be the best solution for dsp right now. idk what they can do to force her right now. if she took a lawyer i believe some journalists would have find the info by now. It looks like Hyunjoo and her party do not have the law with them, as it is hard to prove something like that.
