I think the winner get to debut again and promote for some time. The little I've watched shows that the show is about different stars who have overcome all kinds of challenges to get to where they are and they don't/didn't give up their love for singing and other careers. I get that from the name of the shoe too, it's perfect for Jessica.

And for Jessica, even if she doesn't promote with them, she could get lots of solo jobs as a singer, model and or actress. She just needs to do well.

I didn't know that the lawsuit was that serious enough to stop her from doing something in China. I thought it was something normal the like that celebrities go through without affecting their careers. I thought the lawsuit was actually because she hadn't done anything worth serious money China.
