I was reading a recent study about how taking a break from social media completely can help improve your self-esteem or something
And let's face it, the internet is a pretty toxic place.
Have you ever taken a break from it completely and spent some time going out and about or doing other stuff than being in front of a screen?
If you have, how as it helped/hurt you? If not, would you do it? Do you think it would help you or hurt you more?
(not by force like being grounded or going on a trip to a place without service where you didn't want to go or something or your internet going out)
