Ohh I haven’t been keeping up with BP’s home.. where did they buy? Must be in the same wealthy area like BTS member I guess?
I don’t know the details but Lisa bought in the same neighbourhood as JK for around $6 million+. Jennie lives in the same neighbourhood as Sugar but I don’t know if the property is in her name or her family’s etc, don’t think it was ever disclosed who bought it. The other two members have their own apartments but again not a lot of info on theirs, especially Jisoo. Sorry you may need to do some Googling if you want to know 😂

Anyway, I see fans throwing 'millionaire' words here and there to praise their faves and thinking are all idols from top groups really making that much? For group like Bts, I think it's obvious especially when Hybe using their name for many other things aside of their music. But I curious how about other groups. Can we have a program where they talking about when idols get paid, is it monthly or after each cb? So, if they're in hiatus for example and their income solely coming from their music and didn't do any side gigs like photoshoot or cf, is that means they didn't receive anything in the mean time? And how much the ratio they received compare to their company.
I don't care about their love life, I want to know how much they make or at least a glimpse of it.
Lol, not a lot of kpop idols are multi millionaires, the percentage is tiny compared to how saturated the market is. Yep, BTS are obviously multimillionaires given their properties and shares in Hybe. BP are as well. I think a good indictor are definitely properties as products often shown in interviews and videos are sponsored or given to the idols if they’re an ambassador etc. However, it’s truly difficult to tell as it requires an idol’s financial info to be leaked or disclosed to know…….so we’ll never truly know lol

I guess you could consider her either way, sorry don’t know how long she was in NZ? I actually think her English is pretty good, when she gets nervous she does pause and think more about what she’s going to say. But definitely a lot more fluent than Lisa from the interviews I’ve seen.

The top 5 groups in Kpop combined are almost 50 percent foreigners
.NJ = 40 percent foreign w Hanni and Danielle who was born in Australia and listed as Korean-Australian.
LSRF = 50 percent foreign w Sakura, Kaz, and Yunjin who is dual citizen i think
Ive = 16 percent foreign with Rei
Gidle = 60 percent foreign with Yuqi, Shuhua and Minnie
Aespa = 50 percent foreign with Ning and Giselle who is listed as a Japanese national
The only true all Korean group that’s made it big big is BTS, boys from different provinces in SK, I’ll stick Big Bang in here as well. BP has 3/4 members foreign, two speak fluent English, so I always for saw how big they were going to be. It’s super rare to see a K pop group now without any foreign members due to the globalisation of the genre. This is why I’ve always been astounded to how BTS grew to be this massive, especially in the US, where the Asian communities are much more accepting of those who are bilingual, people like Jennie, Rose and CL. RM really doesn’t compare to their level of language fluency, I’ve seen videos and I could tell they had difficulty communicating their opinions across. I honestly don’t think you will see another group like BTS again, whereby all the members are Korean and succeeding in all the music markets……

I don't like him because of the rumor that he fired the female writer for "The Idol" because he didn't like how the show focused so much on Lily as the female lead. The rumor has it that he did not like the direction of the original series, so he brought in Sam Levinson who then took the female empowerment aspect out of the show and turned it into the "soft core torture porn" we have now.
Reading some of the scenes about how his character brutalized Lily's character just made feel like he may be a closeted misogynist who wanted an outlet to abuse women. Of course, I don't know this man personally, but the fact they went in such a weird direction after Sam was hired makes me think, "So...this was your vision?" And makes him come across kind of creepy.

Don’t like the song, but records are meant to be broken. Though seriously “the highest monthly listeners for a GG”? What sort of record is that, can we come back when an actual record is broken please….. Why does everyone think this is a song on par with Gangnam Style and Dynamite???!!! Did it break the highest streams record, YT records, charting in the US, Japan, SK etc……..NO LOL. Even D4 is far superior in SK and YT than Cupid. I’ve heard this song like once on my local radio so far in the UK…….all it has for now is stability on Spotify, even more so now as it’s getting added to playlists….honestly it’s not a song that will get remembered

I’m honestly disappointed as well, the story line is SHIT and The Weekend starring in it is a major turn off……they clearly used her for attention but honestly this show will go no where…….so I guess the good news is that maybe Jennie won’t get linked to it if it gets poor ratings and no one talks about it, and when I mean no one I’m extending it outside of the k pop community lol, it’s a much bigger world out there

I actually think he’s got the better outfit than V, more colour. V is legit just wearing all black lol. Bogum just doesn’t stand out in his clothes, he looks abit haggard or tired next to the two unfortunately….. V and Lisa have such strong auras and facial expressions that they bring out the best in their outfits… my eyes went straight towards those two and sorta forgot Bogum was there 🫤

Lol, I bet Lisa’s really happy that she’s got V and Bogum, she once said how scary and lonely it was…..People think GA must love these events but it’s just work, fans love a seeing their favs next to Western celebs but it’s just a formality. If you look at videos of these events all the celebs are on their phones half of the time…..I mean they’re not friends, so it’s either phone or small talk lol. It must be annoying to have people come up half of the time who you don’t know as well to just take a picture. Well at least Lisa’s got V to talk to now lol, probably why they’re together in most of the pictures 😂
