They may do, but honestly not holding much hope. They have grips on certain markets but they never tapped into Japan which is one of the biggest music markets. In the US, they just don’t have the power to hit the numbers that big artists do, saw what happened with PV, poor charting compared with their previous releases. Honestly even if they do release full English singles (which they have done with their collabs and solos), and not to mention most of their songs are mostly English anyways. It’s not going to do any better. I was expecting big numbers with Jennie’s feature with TW, but it didn’t carry her far at all compared with another small feature with another artist (won’t say who lol). They will always have the biggest numbers on YT, their MVs are stunning to watch and the production is high, but don’t hold your breathe on them breaking significant numbers in the US. Though it should be easier for Asian women to do it compared with Asian men, so I could be wrong lol

I wasn’t that impressed by Get Up, there was too much hype and honestly the all the songs were lacking. After Attention, Hype Boy, OMG and Ditto, I was expecting some bangers, which didn’t happen. Closest was Super Shy. There was also some playlisting involved, let’s not kid ourselves, I mean we saw what happened last week on TTH on Spotify. I think honestly BP’s time is up. Sure they still growing followers on platforms but so do all artists and the likes of Beyoncé and TS can’t pull the numbers they use to despite doing stadiums currently. There’s a difference between charting and touring. And given the streams and charting of BP’s last album, I think they’ve definitely missed their shot, they’re not even pulling the YT numbers they use to, despite their growing audience. SD and PV is not hitting numbers as quick as HYLT. That’s being said, they will still have a big comeback, they may hit new highs on Spotify but probably not anything which will break records

Nothing will change, the world will continue to spin. The girls are not that close, they don’t hang out with each other in their spare time and it’s obvious that it’s a business relationship, their bond is the fact that they’re band mates. It’s strong but not unbreakable. On the chance that they disband, my guess is that Lisa will probs go back to Thailand, sign there and continue to do her international gigs. Jennie joins Hybe to be with her BF. Jisoo stays at YG and pursues acting and modelling. Rose joins Black Label to continue with her music. If I ever want to hear Teddy’s music, I listen to when Somi next releases music….

but because it has no choreo and it was a ballad it doesn't deserve the loop streaming... tsk. Even Namjoon was sad that the fandom kind of ignored it (he seemed to be so proud of it!). I LOVE Yoongi's version too, even though it's a bit sadder.Yet LGO still did amazing compared with most groups on charts despite being a ballad and after the success of Dynamite. How many groups can chart a ballad well other than BTS. I swear PD Bang has let money get to his brain, ONLY BTS can chart Hot 100 consistently well, this is not the albums chart lol. Awesome... i expected him to do 50 atleast since it's JK but if these were the goals then very well achieved... he is going to smash everyone with Spotify anyway... plus he will not have any issue with longevity as well.
Also with the likes TBH I expected it to be higher but knowing YT wasn't the priority it's amazing to see him top the list... wish he had a YTpremier though...
That’s what I was thinking….I always knew he was going to do well on Spotify and hit No1 there so it was really the YT views I was looking at. But no artist is ever going to break Lisa’s record. I think now it does really rely on Asia as the West has now moved onto Spotify for music. And I think no one will have the same presence on YT for Asia as BP now and in the future!

I mean you’ve basically just said what I said lol it’s all about preference. I feel like going round and round with armies. Also, you can see even Taylor Swift is now changing her direction of her MVs, I wonder why lol, Western artists are dying on YT. But when BTS comeback and does another BRIGHT, COLOURFUL and PRETTY OUTFIT CHANGES MV and I see armies applauding it, I will laugh…..As I said above anyways he was always going to hit that No 1 on Spotify.
