BTS is the biggest Kpop Act ever with a massive Gap to the rest.
In short they are the biggest Legends in the industry who are still active.
With this untouchable reputation it's normal that their songs are getting dozen of covers and now remakes.
It's normal and part of the music industry (not just Kpop)
So it's really cringe to see armys with their "exclusive" opinions.
You can't compare it. A simple answer
As a Kpop fan since 2010 in the last 5 years Kpop changed so much it's just Incomparable.
2016/2017 were different times as 2023/2024.
But some Onces (&also some Blinks??) are here are really pathetic. Saying that TWICE had Viral Songs such as Cheer Up and TT while Newjeans doesn't have any are an OUTRAGEOUS opinion.
Even if they flop now they belong to the Top Tier List.
All the Records beside winning the Artist of Year as Girl Group will give them a Immortal name in the Kpop Industry.
If they dominate 2024 too then they don't belong to the Tier of IVE, TXT, Stray Kids, Aespa and Le sserafim.
They belong to the over all Top Tier Table with Bigbang, SNSD, Blackpink, EXO and TWICE.

Newjeans, Enhypen and TXT belongs to the overall Top 10/15 for Kpop acts in Japan.
The Japanese BG from Hybe is obviously also coming in high speed and the new GG have 2 popular Japanese members.
You can say that JYPE have quality with Twice, SKZ and Niziu but it's small compared to the mix of quality&quantity to HYBE groups.
I think twice is without a doubt bigger than SNSD.
It is a fact that SNSD didn’t tour like Twice And it’s not like 2nd gen groups didn’t tour their BG counterparts were touring after all. SNSD just didn’t have it in them to consistently tour as long as Twice which automatically makes them higher in my books.
Twice can tour as much as their BG a counterparts while SNSD couldn’t. And that fact will remain.
Thats actually a good and valid argument for TWICE.
That is also the reason why I wrote that TWICE had the advantage of being active in peak time of Kpop.
But we also have to be honest that TWICE had probably one of the worst and biggest Downfall in Korea.
From NINE Song with #1 to what they are doing now is being ignored because they found the American market where they have a really good touring power now.
Blackpink are in their own league. They are getting underrated because their Fandom loves to compare themselves to BTS/armys who are obviously by far superior.
But against any other Kpop group they are unmatched.

3rd TWICE
Both are very similar TWICE have the advantage of being active in the peak time of Kpop.
4th Newjeans
If they counting their path then they will be 2nd and rival Blackpink for the 1st place. But holding the peak for years is the hardest thing for any artist.
Except for the 2 terrible vocal performances from jimin, they are one of the best Groups in Kpop History.
TWICE
Probably one of the most hardworking and improving groups. I give them 2nd place for their improvements over the years. From their rookie days they were indeed overrated and I think Newjeans are ahead in their rookie days.

People look down on their talent because of their outstanding success. 4 of 5 members have a nice listenable voice and they are great dancers. Their Rap is like most 4th Gen groups non existent.
They are actually good.
It's just in comparison to other groups they have a wayyyy more human like work life balance but the amount of disaster performance are outstanding compared to their over all performances.
Realistically only HYBE but I really doubt that is possible.
Except for Rose I don't see how the visions of the other 3 members would match with HYBE.
Beside I doubt that HYBE would give another group a unlike Idol special treatment beside BTS.
That would make the renevewal with the other groups as SVT, TXT, Enyhpen in few years the GGs harder.
We reached a point where it's not media play anymore.
People who believes that are clueless because at this stage it would be illegal to manipulate their stocks like that and would be very easy to prove it in court.
But that doesn't mean they won't resign, I really believe that YG is trying everything in their hands to renewal their contracts with their moneymakers.

These talanted idols minus Jeemin are pretty old for idol standards.
That is probably the main reason why HYBE didn't debut any of them.
Especially in 4th/5th gen with leading Group Newjeans and probably Babymonster it shows what the current trend for the top groups are.
