more details can be found on the naver article

here are the main points: (i just used papago for this so may not be 100% accurate)

    - one of the main claims for the injunction is the 0 krw music revenue for the account statement for April. turns out the The Givers' staff that was the accounting employee for fiftyfifty made the mistake and Attrakt corrected the ommission of income in the financial statements as soon as they got content certification on June.

    - another claim was about the neglect of health protection but the court said that the evidence provided by fifty fifty didn't sufficiently explain that there was really negligence. when attrakt got to know about their health problems, they immediately sent them to the hospital and adjusted the group's schedule accordingly.

    - their last claim was that attrakt wouldn't be able to support their activities since the contract with the givers has now ended. the court said it is difficult to say that attrakt is violating the contract just because the givers is no longer in charge of the related tasks.

the court also pointed out that none of these claims/issues were raised to attrakt first before filing an injunction. it was also pointed out that attrakt suspended their activities because of aran's surgery, and then suddenly the group filed for injunction.

Agree. Lisa's popularity is really huge and the gap is getting wider I think. She is the most popular member almost everywhere except Korea.

Jennie is a bit interesting. Obviously she is tge second popular in bp but outside of the fandom lately she mostly trending because of controversies.

Jisoo is slowly catching up with Jennie.

Rosè, I don’theard much about her tbh as non fans since bp last cb.

Ok but after Sorn how did Hybe not bother to check Hanni's background? How were they both so unobservant with both Hanni and Garam's background?

How this is her fault? She is just a teenagers born in Australia not Vietnam. And small issues like this wont effect the group. They even buying Chaewon's contract despite her being the rigging member of Izone and Sakura with lots of controversies even during her Hkt, Akb and Izone days. They even get Yunjin back despite her 'attitude issue' during produce. This is nothing compare to that. And not like Vietnam is a hotspot for kpop or important to salas and tours.

This survival show is not popular here, and I am not really following this show as much as I did with other SS like the Produce series and Girls Planet. However, I am pretty good at predicting the lineup for past SS.

This is my prediction for GP999, where I only got one wrong, so I want to try it with Runext. It will be more difficult because I don't follow this show as much and only keep up with updates here and on Twitter (I have watch few episodes that I interested in). I dislike the format, it's quite boring, and kinda dislike the dynamics of the judges. Not to mention that this lineup will not solely depend on voters, making it harder to predict. So, here is mine:

    Confident:

    1. Minju - Will definitely debut. Judges and fans love her.

    2. Youngseo - The one I'm really confident will make it. She's in a very comfortable position. The judges didn't favor her that much but don't hate her either. She is currently number 1 in global voting.

    -------------------------------------------
    Quite confident but not really:
    3. Moka - I want to say that I'm confident with her, but Iroha is not far behind, especially if they only want 1 Japanese member like ILand. She just blew up recently, so her position might not be secure yet. However, she has really good support from judges and fans.

    4. Iroha - I think they will have 2 Japanese members in this lineup. The show favors her a lot, and her fanbase is strong.

    -------------------------------------------
    Probably:
    5. Jeemin - Not really favored by judges but doing quite well voting-wise.

    6. Yunah - In a dangerous position, but I think she will make it.

    --------------------------------------------
    Ehhh:
    7. Wonhee - She might make it because the show favors her a lot, especially if they only want 1 Japanese member. She might be the surprise producer pick; if not, they might want her as the main vocalist too.

    --------------------------------------------

Have change but most likely nope:
    8. Jiwoo - I don’t think she will make it, though.

    ---------------------------------------------

    Will have no chance:
    Himena, Jeongeun

I only saw the 2 last episodes and don't know why the children in the live chat were so upset about chanelle's elimination. She was terrible, in bad mood, bringing the team down, low in speech and selfesteem. I'm glad that the live vote didn't save her, there were much butter candidate like Moka , Himena , Yunah who deserved more for their fighting spirit.

Well said. She show us all that she can't work under pressure which is really important for an idol. If she debut, she will facing much more than this and she already heavily dislike in Korea. Like some Koreans said, she is like bahiyyih not danielle. It is better for her own mental health too, she just didn’t suits to become an idol. Not to mention that she is a kpop stan twitter which might open another door for a lots of criticism towards the group bc antis will dig her past tweet to drag them down and they might find something problematic.

Edit: LOL, someone didnt wanna accept some opinions seemly. Anyway, someone already found her talking something not really nice about other idols in her past tweets. It just didnt blow up at all bc this show is not popular. No one pay attention to it. But once they officially debut, it will bring a lot of hate towards the group later. Hybe dodge a bullet with not debuting her.

'Dispatch' disproves various claims made on the FIFTY FIFTY episode of SBS's 'Unanswered Questions'
As controversy over the "biased" position of the SBS documentary program 'Unanswered Questions' continues, media outlet 'Dispatch'…

Things have become much more complicated now. The producer of UQ is saying that they will redo the episodes and conduct an in-depth investigation, covering parts that were not shown before. Obviously they will focus on the Ceo's side too, potentially putting the girls in a more difficult position. The recent Dispatch article with evidence adds to the concern. It would be helpful if the girls could provide similar evidence to support their claims, especially regarding the hospitalizations of some members like they claims due to various reasons like panic attacks. At this stage, mere words will not be sufficient to regain public support. If the information in the Dispatch article is accurate, the CEO could counter with a defamation lawsuit, given that he possesses evidence. The girls side need something substantial to convince everyone. What's unsettling is that this situation could take years to resolve and could lead to more legal complications for them.

I found a user saying this-"In addition, this incident occurred between June — July 2021. At the time, the members were still trainees. FIFTY FIFTY members agreed to an exclusive contract on March 5, 2022. If this incident had caused physical and mental shock, they shouldn’t have signed the contract."

The parents should take the blame too because how in earth they allowed their kids signing the contract if this happen to them?

    original post: here

    1. The public has always trusted 'I Want To Know' but I feel like this time, they crossed the line way too far. I don't understand why they would do this

    2. The day has come when I finally support Dispatch

    3. It's been a long time since this show has lost their credibility

    4. Sigh, everything was a lie

    5. Crazy f*ckers.... 'I Want To Know' needs a full investigation too. Does it make sense that they are covering a bullsh*t that needs to be fact-checked by another company? Seriously, are they insane? We should investigate them to see if they received any money from under the table

    6. 'I Want To Know' is a show that has such a strong power to shift the public opinion too...

    7. I always think about this for Dispatch, but I wonder if they could touch on social issues with that persistence... Of course, they won't, but I wish they'd use that persistence for something other than celebrity love stories, like their coverage of the last Jamboree...

    8. I lost all my trust in 'I Want To Know'

    9. And despite all of this, they still haven't apologized

    10. Who knew that I'd be reading an article from Dispatch...

    Me first:

    1. Ive will always be seen as Wonyoung + Yujin and friends, and I don’t see other members' potential to even remotely close the popularity gap. They don't have the same star power, while Wonyoung and Yujin's charms are too strong for them to handle. That's why in each comeback, the 'viral' members among the other 4 shift from one to another, while those two remain on top no matter what. None of them are able to protect their spot in the next comeback.

    2. Eunchae is generally liked by the K-pop community and doesn't receive as much hate as the maknae of other popular groups. This isn't solely because she's loved by K-pop stans or because Lsf fanbase does a good job protecting her. It's simply because her group isn't considered a threat to anyone except GFriend and VIVIZ stans. Once they start becoming a threat, K-pop stans will start bashing the members too.

    3. Newjeans, despite their popularity, haven't been able to show their full potential yet. Their songs are too basic to showcase their talents.

    4. Nmixx and Itzy can change their concepts and songs just like NJ or Ive, and most K-pop fans+gp still wouldn't care.

    5. Among the big 4, SM is the worst at treating and promoting their foreign idols. Sometimes they even treat Aespa as a duo, and the other two are practically invisible in their eyes.

    6. Blackpink will renew, but they might have fewer than 3 comebacks as a group before they're done. It might feel more like a reunion than a comeback.

    7. I hope Twice gets a lot of rest. I know their group schedules are less packed compared to before, but it would be amazing if they could have a long one-year holiday to focus on their individual careers or just rest. They have been working too hard.

When they exposed their side of the story, they inadvertently revealed their true colors as well.

I can't help but question their decision to allow their kids to continue as idols while acknowledging mistreatment by the company. In Aran's situation, where she needed immediate surgery denied by the company, why didn't her parents step in? I'm sorry, but I faced a similar situation with my brother. We were even offered payment to let him finish practice and tournaments, but we prioritized his health and got him surgery quickly due to severe pain. Other parents mentioned a member's pre-debut sickness and panic attacks, yet they didn't withdraw their kids immediately from that company.

If their story is true, they could be as bad as or worse than the CEOs since parents are meant to protect their children. How can we expect strangers to act if the parents didn't? Knowing their kids feared the CEO and suffered mistreatment, it's puzzling they didn't act sooner.

I hope the girls become well and leave the idol life behind. This clearly isn't suitable for them, taking a toll on their physical and mental health. The parents seem to have their own agenda and not really prioritizing their children first. There are better paths to explore that will bring them peace and happiness far from people hate and criticism.

Honestly this is one of fifi biggest mistake. If they still didn't earned anything, it is hard to prove anything too. They also didn't have tight schedules like most idols so knetz view them as lazy ungrateful kids. Personally, poor girls but then I also cannot help to think if they wait a little bit, they must have more support with bigger fanbase than now.

It's quite a shock to me. This group is directly managed by Bang Si Hyuk, and that alone will give them such a huge boost. Lessera girlies have a more mature sound and concept, along with a huge, loyal fanbase since debut. This consistently sell the best in K-pop (look at the concepts of the most top-selling girl groups now). Groups with a concept like Newjeans (especially with chills, slow tempo songs) usually don't do that great. I don’t even know what their concept actually, it's not cute concept either like Twice or even Stayc. Their songs are just too chill, while K-pop songs, especially the TT, are usually more upbeat and energetic. Twice songs for example even with their cute concept, they have very cheerful songs. I don’t know how to explain it, but I guess you all understand.

I never thought that Nj would outsell Lsf, especially with Sakura's huge fanbase in Japan and China. Chaewon is also very popular in Korea and Japan. I have checked their album sales and all them are all selling more than 1 million already. This is such an interesting twist. I know Lsf faced a huge scandal during their debut, but Antifragile proved that it didn't affect them much. I can even say that they are generally the most liked 4th gen girl group now. K-pop stans seem to adore this group, especially Eunchae and Yunjin, compared to their peers.

This is not to criticize Nj. It's just me who never thought that concepts and especially songs like theirs would become very popular in K-pop. It's something usual for soloists but not a K-pop group. But good for them, they already managed to get song like Ditto (idk if it is a ballad or not but it is a slow tempo song) a PAK and topping the charts while usually only BB and soloists are able to do so. With this, I can see they will easily matured their songs later in their careers.

    1. Yeah I look at them now and? Did anything change? Did enhypen charts in korea? What you trying to say? Kep1er and zb1 give us a good example too that rating really reflects on knetz views on the group while zb1 debut charted better just like their rating even as a bg. GG has higher chance but not everyone has that. But wait you forget something too, enhypen never flop internationally. Their live views on yt always have more than 100k viewers. While this show?

    2. Hybe stans wait for them for two years. Minji and Hanni featured in one of Bts biggest songs. They even have more hype than lessera because of this. I was on twitter while this happen. Their songs wont be exploded that fast if people didnt waiting for them lol. Just like bnd again. And we all know that lessera was the sudden to debut group that not in the original plan. And min heejin name plastered on that group really hype everyone. Lesserafim have a good debut, their songs manage to get in top 20 in all charts despite facing a huge scandals. They have sakura and chaewon afterall, lol.

I never say runext will flop, they just didnt have that hype anymore to be as big as their sister groups. Even in big company, there is a reason why the first group in the same generation to debut always turn out to be more popular that group that debut years later. Those company stans already pick their favourites. That's why it is a good thing to debut nj and lessera i n the same year but not this group.

One thing about this group also that their audiences and concept (girl crush, i think it's very obvious) probably overlapping with lsf. Both of them also will be managed by big hit in term of their discography and creative sector just like Enhypen now. Things might change later idk. But to stand out they need to beat lsrfm discography first which is pretty solid. People gonna compare both groups a lot. Look at nmixx and itzy as example.

    1. I-land was once called a flop show too but look at Enhypen now. And they're a boy group. GG has higher chance to succeed in this ggs' era.

    2. NJ literally debuted out of no where. I'm pretty sure RUNext have more stans than pre-debut New Jeans. LSRF didn't have explosive debut, their success is thanks to consistent good music and concept.

"they also have nothing left to be as big as nj or lsf"
They haven't released their music and you don't know what's their concept gonna be. Hybe recently bought all of Belift Lab in preparation for their debut so I'm pretty sure they won't half-ass their debut.
