i absolutely draw the line at doing illegal stuff(for eg, taking drugs or dui) other than that, it's case by case tbh but in general i find it quite hard to see idols in the same away again if they get exposed for bullying, even if they did it at a young age

It depends on what and when they did it but if I don't respect you as person, I lose my interest in you in general including your music or talent

Yes. I mentioned before that I’m a bit of a personality stan. I don’t expect them to be perfect, but if they repeat the same mistakes over and over, I’d feel unhappy. I’d still listen to their music if it was good (and it’s even more likely since I like people the music from groups I stan), but I wouldn’t feel as connected with them if that makes sense. Most one time things from long ago, provided they weren’t illegal, I can overlook. Chances are, I did just as bad or worse in the past, so who am I to judge? With repeated mistakes however, it means they likely aren’t trying to improve themselves and I really like it when people improve themselves, so I wouldn’t like that. Have a great day/night!

yes. I hate people who are assholes.

If they were bad person in the past or like before I stanned them : I can prolly stan.

But if they continually show certain personality traits that I don’t like, it would be hard to stan.

For me any sort of arrogant mannerism, comments about women, deliberately racist or sexist comments : these would be a turn off. If they accidentally do it or say something and it’s not a constant thing, idc about that.

So basically it depends on how often I’m REMINDED of their shitty personality : if it’s not that often then I’m fine stanning.

For just listening to music idc even if you’re an outright criminal. Because often times I don’t even bother finding out what celebs have or haven’t done.
