Being British.. Hard to say, as bad words flow out some of our mouths like water so it's all pretty normal.. But we're weirdly creative by combining words to make weird insults.

Its hard to find one word to describe a 'shit for brains cretin cunt of society that would have been better of if their mother swallowed' type of person.

in more traditional contexts its insulting to the point near equivalent to directly spitting on them(imo) but its been recently blunted by romanticization of the concept, emphasizing the impossibly beautiful girl over the idea of the deadly loss behind a false promise
