He is singing. Its so soft. I don’t know what was I expecting but not this. Its a bop for sure but the lyrics is confusing me.

This is deep and means so much. I hope many will understand how wise this sentence is.
The Song is very honest and vulnerable at the same time. I expected more rap, but his singing fit the melo atmosphere of the whole Song. I’m happy Mark showed us this side of him.
Yes sometimes you feel like a child, still figuring out who you really are and what your strengths are. Yet there are people who expect so much from you and get disappointed if you aren’t the way they want you to be. Sometimes you just want to free yourself from all responsibilities cause it’s just to much to handle.

I get it, but if the song was a movie I'd be snoozing in the cinema.
This is really interesting. It’s both what I expected from Mark and not. I assumed there would be a more singing focused track here in a more guitar focused type format judging by what he plays and sings in his off time and the whole point of this project and solo work in general is to show other sides of yourself beyond what you show in the group.
I also think the lyrics are really interesting. Mark has written portions of lyrics on over 50 NCT songs so I was very interested to see what he would do here and the lyrics are very striking and often powerful.

“Would there be anyone who can relate, can someone understand me, just for now?”
Still processing..I’ll be honest, I’m not sure how I feel about the song itself but I appreciate that he has set a very specific tone and style and individualism about what his solo work could be.

“Mark personally participated in the song and lyric writing to express his genuine feelings and struggles. About how people treated him like a child and expected him to become a particular way after he grew up, and not expectations he set himself and how he started rejecting things like this, started having his own thoughts, and put them all in this song.“
