⚠️ NCT Album Badges Voting ⚠️

NEW POLLS IN POSTS #2-#5

Since there are a lot of NCT albums to go through and we're in a period where people are saving for limited badges, I set up a poll for us to see which album badges we're collectively interested in (otherwise it will cost 1450 collectively just to get all the regular albums in the shop alone).

Please vote for the albums you're seriously interested in purchasing and we can focus on that first. You can come back later and select more. I provided a bunch of alternative options, but if there's an obvious main cover, that one will most likely be put in the shop first (like Cherry Bomb and Neo Zone).

I won't hold a poll for all the alternative covers right now because it might be a bit overwhelming. If there's enough interest for certain albums, I'll tag everyone who voted and we can see which ones you all prefer.

I also included singles in the posts but not the polls, so we can focus on album covers first.

Feel free to suggest other covers as well.

yeah, i'm trying to make as many as i can, put the polls up for the choices, and one big poll in the beginning of the thread.

that way we can see which albums people are willing to purchase in the moment and we can make petitions once we get enough people for one badge.

- Break into the sub-units. NCT Dream should come first so we can have albums in the shop ahead of the cb.

- Save all the singles badges for later

- I know you would like to do all at once to minimize the amount of tags, but there are a lot of options here. I'd recommend doing in multiple batches by sub-unit.

- So: hey, here are all the NCT dream album badges, please vote for your favorite for each version. Use the Dream taglist and NCTzen taglist. Once those are finalized, propose them to go into the shop.

- We could also divide and conquer, where one person is running the polls here while the other is posting the badge request for the shop, so the same person isn't tagging everyone for different things.

I mean, yes, you could do all of them at once but that's a lot of options and feels a little overkill. I suppose you could do them in multiple batches, like WayV AND NCT Dream (two different posts); NCT (all unit albums) and NCT U; NCT 127 (on its own because it has the most albums)

the reason why i wanted to do them all at once (separated in posts like you mentioned) was so people could choose the badges they were willing to purchase NOW, as opposed to "i want it eventually, but can't afford it right now". the idea being that they could come back to this post and vote for more badges whenever they have enough akorns and are willing to purchase them. when we get enough people committed to buying them, we can make a petition.

otherwise, i feel like we would just be non-stop tagging everyone and having the staff go through the whole petition process for badges that might not even get purchased any time soon. i also don't want any of us to feel obligated to spend 10 akorns per badge if not enough people are serious about buying it, just to make sure our petition is successful.

if it's just the 4 posts with polls (127, Dream, WayV, and NCT U/NCT), it's significantly less overwhelming than the 25+ polls we had for NCT static badge event.

i think to make it less overwhelming, we could just not include the variation polls per album for now. see which albums get enough people interested right now, then make a poll for those and tag the people who voted to choose which ones they like. that way we aren't re-tagging everyone, just the ones interested, and people can also suggest their own album badges to include in the poll.

i guess it depends on how many badges actually have enough interest rn, bc personally i don't think it's enough to warrant doing them in separate groups
