No. Honestly I don't even like it when idols dress up as psychotic killers for Halloween.

Listen to Church of Misery from Japan. Their whole concept revolves around serial killers. Each and every one of their songs is named after and tells the tale of a real serial killer.

One of my favorite songs of theirs: Doctor Death, named after Harold Shipman who used his position as a doctor to murder elderly people and making them pass for deaths of old age.

If fictional characters, of course. Monsta X already had a whole MV where Minhyuk is dressed as Patrick Bateman and Kihyun as Hannibal Lecter. Shoot Out MV was also heavily inspired by Silence of the Lambs + whatever scifi horror out there.
