Last January wasn't it like Changmin and his non-celebrity girlfriend? I remember this years couple being kind of wack.

We did get both Bobby and Chen getting married and having babies, plus Jennie/GD, so I guess that makes up for it.

But, my expectations aren't high for January is what I am getting at.

If Hybe doesn’t have a contract with dispatch I would bet on bts x blackpink. Specifically, jimin x jisoo based on rumors. Either way it would be better if they stopped outing idols and let them live their life.

Yes. Even more so. Actors are beloved way more than idols. And K-netz go crazy for big name couples. Think the Song Couple, Suzy/Lee Min-ho, Shin Min-Ah/Kim Woo-bin type big.

Like fangirls will always fangirl. I remember there was a picture of a girl who broke down crying when it was revealed that Lee Joongi was dating that one actress.

The difference is actresses and actors don't sell "themselves" as much as idols do. They don't sell this idea of a relationship fantasy, and as long as they are pretty and have a good image, they can land roles with the right connections. That means their careers and image are not as impacted as when an idol is dating. Most K-netz hold actors and actresses to a higher esteem, so their careers aren't on the line as much if they date and the negative views of fans don't affect them as badly.

More likely than not is fake.

Fans never guess these things right. The closest they have ever come to getting it was Momo/Heechul, and it took 2 years for that to finally come out.

Every time an idol dating thing comes out everyone is always shocked despite listening to all the "insiders".
