Of the Lisa solos I was so excited for this but after hearing it, Ozuna's annoying voice ruined it forever for me.
It was a waste of Meg and Lisa's talent. Meg and Lisa's verses could have been done by any female artist.

yeah, it lacked fluidity and cohesion btw artists. In comparison, the parts of taki taki were balanced and made sense.

its def not a solo, i means it a collab right and there 3 artists. If u watch taki taki, selena only had a couple minutes at the end but they were the most memorable. I think SG is like that for lisa.

I get that Ozuna is a big star and they wanted to capitalize in that (I really know, I'm from Miami, he's huge), but I felt it was at the expense of the flow of the song. To me, it sounded kinda monotonous. The small changes in pace Lisa and Megan offered seemed out of place because they were kept to a minimum IMO and not allowed to blend better. I felt it was a shame to waste that talent.

That said, I don't give a shit about line distribution - I just want a good song. I'm of the opinion that the song sounded a bit flat and monotonous and could have really benefitted from better mixing/longer verses from the features. Taki Taki was great because it flowed while having distinct sections that acted like punctuation for the song. Didn't care that Selena got 50 secs at the end, it worked with the song.
In SG, on the other hand, I felt it just didn't work. My first thought was to make the parts longer, but I'm not gonna pretend to be a producer. I just know it was missing something.

So Ozuna occupying 70% of the song is normal. What they could have done better is let Lisa's chorus and Ozuna's choruses alternate. This way, Ozuna's parts would be split and the first 2 mins wont be only his parts only

I agree. The song feels disjointed and it's a shame cause I personally liked the instrumental a lot more than taki taki (I didn't like that song at all so my excitement wasn't very high for sg). I was hoping lisa would slay her parts and she did so I'm fine with it

ozuna is still very well known in latin america lmao. something you should know about latino artists is that they release tons of singles every year and most of them flop, they just wait for at least one of them to become a hit, so ozuna latest releases not doing well is not a surprise. btw, bad bunny is an special case, you shouldnt compare him with anybody
