Looks like she stopped at 'i'.
Not really an expert of speechreading but if you try to copy the movement of her mouth and toungue, it would probably sound like 'Wälkwkwk"
Lmao don't know how to word it but it would sound like you're drowning.

She said ni
-
I almost laughed crying when somebody Giselle posing for the camera when she says the n-word
STOPDHSFHVJFVH it does look awkward bc her teeth look closed/clenched but her tongue moved i think idek

Not gonna lie the first time I watched it, I thought she said that shit with her whole chest. Like somehow that was the most emphasized part like gurlll, why wouldn’t you just close your mouth at that point, she may not know better but like. It reminds me of those cringe tik tok kids that literally put a hand over their mouth or emphasize the part of a song where the n word comes up. Sis really said:

To me in the video looks like she said it. Dont get how this video helps at all?

She took the writings of Sheryl Sandberg too literally.

I think for the sake of everyone, idols should just don't sing any English songs.
Who knows, maybe they don't even understand what the actual fk they are singing anyway.
In fact kpop songs should stop including English words.
Maybe everyone Nayeon sings 'I'm gonna be a star' she actually thought it meant 'I wanna have some kbbq'
-
Watch kpopies try to cancel her and then move on like nothing happened just like how it always ends up to be.
-
-
People dont care about context at all.
As if signing along to a song is racist seriously.

seems more like she was saying naega

some people do care about context i think
as a poc (not black though) i can definitely say i feel more offended by actual irl actions such as going to a racist protest or getting called a slur, rather than lipsyncing a song. but once again not for me to say how others should feel.
but this does not mean we should ignore the feelings of black people, it's for them to feel.

Like she just singing a song with a word...
Not intentionally trying to offend anyone but people react like she really doing something punishable.
Context matters intention also. But people dont care.
some people truly do get offended by that word and they have every right.
it is clear i don't think she had bad intention at all. but yeah you're right some people do not care.

i guess it depends on who you are and how it affects you.

Disagree
Attacking and trying to cancel someone over something like this is not okay.
And people shouldnt attack her or other idols when they dont even speak english or understand why its offensive.
She's fluent though and went to an International school. Plus all the n word scandals in kpop, there's no way these idols don't know. The Korean language even has their own n word. The Korean public even said most Koreans know what the n word means and that it's bad, they just don't care. I agree attacking her isn't the solution. But calling ignorance shouldn't be an excuse for any of these idols

attacking is wrong for sure and this society doesn't seem to understand that cancel culture has no beneficial endgame.
-
I get that people have the right to be offended, but if you are offended by this then....
-
Oh i forgot you know her personally and know her whole life.
My bad.
I didn't even say that? That was things she said herself but okay
