The only flaw of squid game is the main lead character.

Exactly. It was so obvious he will win. What made me mad is that after so many people died for this game he came and said that he doesn't want to kill someone. What a hypocrite. After he saw how many people died, he still returned to the game for the money. Plus, he already sentenced the old man to death by taking advantage of his illness to save his skin but out of nowhere, he is a nice person. Then wants to cancel the entire game and lose the money, basically, all the deaths will be in vain.
An extremely bad character with no common sense lol. How did the producer did not realize how bad they made this character?

I think we shouldn't compare stealing mum money to gamble and killing hundreds of people to win the money. They are just 2 different level of "bad guy".
What I was thinking when I am writing this post is when
the main lead lied to 001 on the marble game so he can survive yet he trying to be angry at sang-woo for pushing someone in the mirror game to survive.

They gave a choice to go back, don't go back if you wanna be the nice person. Moral is totally out of the story when you choose to participate in a killing game just to win money imo. They all knew there is only going to be 1 winner.

He's a conflicted character just as many of us are. We think we're great people, but we're often trapped in situations that make it difficult to make the most ethically and morally sound decisions. Because we don't always have the most money to freely spend, we purchase from big corporations that treat their employees as replaceable commodities and move on because "that's just how the world is." We want change, but there's nothing much we can do. We feel hopeless.
I don't think the show tries to depict him as a perfect character. The flaws are intentional.

Agreed, it was very intentional for the producers to put the viewers in a "What would YOU do?" mindset. He's a normal person, he has flaws, he makes mistakes, and pretends to be a good person. He's a hypocrite. But in the end we're all the same. Wouldn't you do the same for a chance to survive? That's why I like his character so much. He's a loser and no where close to being some perfect good looking know-it-all, like a lot of main characters.

I disagree, I think he is an amazing character even with his flaws
gambling and stealing a small amount of your mom's money, doesn't make you a complete piece of garbage soulless cold blooded killer. You guys are so narrow minded, you only know right or wrong nothing in between, that just the perfect recipe for a boring character.

Don't blame him
He is more used to playing this kind of role, a prince, a gangster or somebody in power
