In the past year or so there have been multiple groups releasing retro\80s inspired albums\songs due to the popularity of songs like Don't Start Now, Blinding Lights, etc worldwide. But which groups do you think pulled it off the best?
IMO:
EVERGLOW(La Di Da) - I think this is probably the BEST song that was released during this retro trend period. I was pleasantly shocked too because I didn't really like many of their songs beforehand. It really reminds me of a Korean Blinding Lights and I LOVE that song.
GFRIEND(MAGO) - Probably one of the best disbandment songs of all time. The whole shift in sound and concept was something very new for Gfriend, considering they were known for their schoolgirl concepts and anime intro-like songs very early in their career.
For days on end I couldn't get the chorus out of my head and the styling was really great too. I really stanned them after this but then they disbanded 
I love the album too, their best.
TWICE(I CAN'T STOP ME) - I still have this and the EYES WIDE OPEN album on repeat like a year after release lmao. It aged really well and the production is immaculate.
