I feel like because they had a plagiarism controversies in the past (sm did my girlies so wrong), everything they do that look the slightest similar to what other people do will make them an easy target for another plagiarism accusations even though the similarities are very few and there has been other arts with the same aesthetic before just like this accusation

I mean they normally do after they already steal it and it gets exposed but alot of times international fans go after that artist and silence them.

anyway Bjork also has this poster with the same position and camera angle back in 2019 made by a different artist so i guess this become an inspiration for other artists afterwards (unless there is another art with similar position and image composition before this).
