Do you exercise? If you do, what kind of exercises do you do?

I'm quite active. I walk 4-5km a day. I workout on a stationery bike and do 10km there plus weights every day. I have good muscle definition for somebody my age. I have always cared about being fit and healthy.

I try a walk 4 times a week, an hour (maybe more) each
-
I sit up to get off my bed, and walk to get to the fridge
-
squats for a fat a$$
-
Pilates

I love doing Tabata or HIIT training. Alternate strength and cardio exercises. Sometimes I do get lazy but I’ll try to get back into the routine as soon as I can
-
Mostly stretches and basic mobility exercises from physical therapy channels

Back here to say that's change, been doing Yoga on and off, going to gym doing cross trainer and core (and stretching!)

Only cardio. About one hour 4 days a week. And yoga at least 20 mins every morning. Good enough for me.

Yes. I workout 3 times a week nowadays. I can't do more than 3 days because of time constraint. Lower body + Upper body + Cardio and strengthening. I do one exercise per muscle to increase my strength and another one to make the muscles show. One combination exercise for all the muscles I am training for the day like pushups, pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, etc.
I used to do torso and arms different days rather than cardio. But I lost my strength a little and outline of my abs has started diminishing because of this pandemic having to do only home workouts so added cardio and strengthening recently. Before pandemic I used to workout 4 or 5 days depending on the schedule of the said week. When I first started though, I used to workout like 6 days a week because of the excitement but realised with time that it isn't necessary to do weight training everyday.
Btw I also run almost every second day in the morning. Sometimes with my dad but he slacks alot so mostly by myself.

I am forced to walk for 1 hour. it is required by my school.

I do five times a week following a workout dvd. It’s basic weight training. I have some weights here at home that I bought. My job is fairly active so I have to keep in shape or else. Today and Wednesday are my rest days(because I have other things I need to do before work.)
I also occasionally follow yoga videos on YouTube and do a 30 min run on the treadmill.

I don't do exercises.

yes I do
I workout 3 times a week (sometimes I try to workout 1 or 2 extra days)
my workout is mixed mostly weight training

For some years now, I try to keep an active lifestyle. I workout 4 times a week, plus I am cycling to work and back, it takes 1 hour to work and 1 hour back. However, I have an ebike in order to get to work faster. And I have also got n insurance for it, especially after reading this article https://simplebikeinsurance.com/ebike-insurance/ which explains everything in detail and I decided immediately to get it, as electric bike owners are major targets for battery theft. Plus, I like that it covers almost everything.

I am a freelancer and work at home. Unfortunately, I have little walks in the fresh air, but at home I do daily at the exercise bike. Weekend game in badminton, it charges me for the whole week!

Incline walking on the treadmill. Push ups. Jumping Jacks. Lifting 10 pound weights doing sets of 10. Lifting my knee up to my chest. Sit ups. Dancing to choreo. Going out for walks. Hiking. I used to do martial arts for a few years (my mom wanted me to know how to defend myself and it was really intense in the dojo). I'm a swimmer (I also had lessons). Tennis when there's anyone that wants to play Tennis (I had private lessons). I really want to be healthy and kind of, sort of, fit. Oh yeah. And the Gym. There was a pool so I swam there and I took up Zumba for a bit.
