Nah im super hyped for ssngg especially if lami and yujin with debut with her like omg their power will be insane. Not everyone can be a chungha. Also i dont think wonyoung is the girl next door type of visual, its more in your face and obv than olivia's, you dont find many ppl that look like her easily
maybe a solo career as an actress
but wonyoung isn't to me solo singer material, she's perfect for a GG
but i don't see her as a solo artist, to be a solo artist you need to be a pretty good all rounder and being at least an average singer because you have nobody else to hide your weakness in singing
and Wonyoung weakness in vocal especially were already visible during Izone era, it would only be highlight even more as a solo artist
I think she'd do better as a soloist than in a group commercially speaking, but she's still very young and has alot of room to grow as an artist. It's the same thing with Somi, they're good at singing, have some charisma, etc but that's it. They are just good. They don't EXCEL at anything to properly debut as a soloist.

This has to be a set up. It is true that Wonyoung has a girl next door or baby beauty without her stage makeup . Wonyoung is top 3 in Izone with the worst singing skills , how can people say her and somi is equal in talent? Somi is a better dancer and singer yet she struggled a bit as a solo, imagine how Wonyoung will fare. She’s more of a Center of gg like Yoona not a solo material. Don’t insult Olivia like that again
Wonyoung is obviously very pretty and a talented dancer and a good stage player..
But you can't expect her to go solo when the only singing she can do is "whisper"
the other produce people who got solos could carry some lines you know..
Wonyoung works best as a good center for a popular gg and maybe an actor later / can also go into modelling..
solos aint her things, she is already IT girl level popular these days and will be a CF queen soon as well
