maybe but i was more talking about bigger agency
we saw big agency like JYP and FNC debuting full bands with boys like ftisland, noel, day6 etc...
but they never tried to do the same with a girls band
FNC tried and quickly drops out the idea when they saw that the sexy concept was working better for AOA
and since this we didn't see any other Girls band from a big or medium agency

tbvh even on western pop scene people give no attention to women-only bands and since there are few representation of women-only rock bands in the media, many other girls don't feel like learning how to play instruments and joining other bands (same thing happens on plenty of other fields, like STEM, for example).
there were exception in the 80s-early 90's but still, they didn't last long and weren't many compared to the male scene.
why would korean scene risk the investment?
Wonder Girls were pretty much the only successful girl band. Companies don’t see girl bands as something needed in K-pop. We have Rolling Quartz trying to bring female k-rock bands to life but are being paid dust by Koreans and international fans. Then being in a small label as nuked most of what they can do. It’s why most of them turn into a girl group afterwards.
Anyways, the market for k-female bands is non existent And I do think some prejudice plays into it. There’s nothing for k-female bands when they go down this field. It’s way harder for them to get a cut of the pie compared to their male counterparts.
They aren’t acknowledged as bands either. When WG was killing it as a band, Mama put them in the girl group category appose to the band category they have. There’s no female category for them so some assume it’s not worth to debut one if they aren’t taken seriously.
