it really shows how impact isn't always represented by sales/streams

twice, snsd, bigbang, 2ne1 and bp rank higher if we talk about overall popularity and legendary status

Looking at the graph including BTS, you can see that there is a kpop "bubble" of success that nobody has quite broken out of yet except for BTS. I'd say Blackpink is probably the closest but they haven't distanced themselves far enough with streams to have truly broken out, although I think they probably could within 1-2 years.

Exo and Twice really have been consistent over the years with both their sales and streams.

SNSD were pretty good. NCT 127 & GOT7 are surprise to me because I thought both of them would be higher on the sales side of things but their sales and streams match up very well. TxT, Shinee and Stray Kids are also doing very well in this regard. Seventeen are disrespected for no reason. Their streams and sales line up better than many. They have very good digitals which are comparable to their sales.

Others are better at one or the other, not at both.

BTS are truly unmatched.

Exo's mass streaming on Melon helped them ranked higher on the streaming chart lol, Kokobop with 700m melon streams but not one streaming certification make this quite innacurrate but still very well done, congrats.
