Disney doesn't own Fox. They own the film division which used to be 20th Century Fox. Fox News and Fox Business is owned by the newly-created Fox Corporation. Disney has competition in the film production industry with Warner Bros., Universal, Miramax, etc. Marvel is not a monopoly since the other big comic book publisher, DC, prevent it so and there are also numerous small publishers that make up at least 10 - 20% of that market.

In order to prove a monopoly you have to breakdown what are they owning more than half the market share of and they don't have sole exclusive rights to the services each of their businesses provide.
