Which fandom is more obsessed with achievements of their faves?

People came for others' heads when someone said that LSG isn't a national hit so it's cute Blinks are less obsessed with achievements. And that's but one example.

I'm surprised armys are winning the poll considering there are barely any blinks left on this forum

Why does it feel like the op is an alternate account of the minion? like setting a fanwar that start because of a blink? joined a month and ranted about how blinks needs to drags more, despite blinks always dragging? way too suspicious

I think all fandom will do that once their faves start to become big. Otherwise, they will say that didn't care about such things.

Both are obsessed lol. Infact every single fandom is obsessed. The reason why it seems like Armys and Blinks do it a lot more is because of the fact that they have more achievements. Every single fandom celebrates their fave's achievements(if you don't what are you doing?). So technically both.

All fandom are obsessed. They all manage to give us stats each more absurd than the next.

It’s true there’s so many records that BTS broke that there are some many threads about it now. I can’t imagine any other fandoms that will keep quiet about breaking Spotify records for highest debut, getting Spotify all kills in asia, Guinness world records for most streamed group (beating Coldplay), CAK, etc all in the span of 3 days lol (we are only talking about Butter here ).

Believe me, if your idols are getting this kind of achievements, you’ll keep track of them too

Why only 2 options tho?) Younger groups' fans do all sort of mental gymnastics to the Moon and back for the sake of inclusion of their group into 4th gen cause otherwise there is no even a chance for an achievement. Let's not even start with dinosaurs from 2nd gen.. Everyone is obsessed lol

I think most kpop fandoms are about equally obsessed with their faves' achievements. But I voted Armys because I think the huge success BTS has had pushes Armys to keep topping themselves every time.

In a way, I think Blinks and Armys match each other in their need to see their faves succeed-- the competition (esp concerning YT views) spurs them on and also gives them something to gloat about.

Why wouldn’t Army be obsessed with BTS achievement. They are making history. Nothing lasts forever so as fans we are on this wild ride right along with them. When you talk about the achievements of the Beatles or Elvis or Madonna or Prince you can’t live the excitement with them. It’s all in the past. But everyday with BTS is an adventure. There aren’t many groups you can say that about

Army just has more achievements to talk about so we seem more excessive. Let's be real even the smaller fandoms brag a lot. It's normal to be proud and want to hype up achievements. I don't see anything wrong with it.

RELATIVE flops, my friend. They're not flops at all generally, only relative to what BWL did (1.5 billion Gaon points and climbing).

As for OP, there are FIFTEEN threads on the first page alone about BTS on the Achievements subforum and many on this forum as well all in the past day.
