BE is such a solid album that includes some of my all time faves from BTS. No skips! Here's my ranking (excluding the skit).
1. Fly to My Room - Love the vibes and it's like nothing they've ever done before. It's such a chill easy listen. Was my #2 for a while but I just listen to it so much that it deserves the top spot. Everything about it, although unconventional, just works perfectly. I really hope to hear more songs like this in the future from them. Felt like I was listening in outer space or underwater or something. Now in my top 10 fave BTS songs.
2. Life Goes On - BTS' best title track! I said what I said! I really connected with this song and appreciate the direction they took after such a hype song like Dyna. It's kinda sad but hopeful at the same time. Makes you feel warm and fuzzy. Also now in my top 10!
3. Blue & Grey - This may of been higher on the list if it weren't such a depressing song (in a good way). There's not as much replay value here for me but I think this song is a masterpiece and beautifully done. First time I heard it I was in shock. The second time I legit cried. This song is for sure in my top 15/20.
4. Dynamite - This has to be one of most repeatable songs ever. I seriously never get sick of it. Such a bright happy song that makes you feel good! Shout out to the Slow Jam Remix too...so underrated. Even though it's kind of cheesy, I'm ranking it so high just based on how much more often I listen to it over the ones below, as well as the feeling I get while listening.
5. Dis-Ease - A throwback hip-hop song! Love that it was rap driven like their older tracks. The bridge just takes this song to a whole other level, it's iconic....one of, if not their best. The record scratching added a nice touch along with the horns at the end.
6. Stay - Even though this genre is not my fave, I still enjoyed this song. The build up is super satisfying. The echo effects and backing vocals really elevate this song. Think it would do great on radio! Makes me wanna fist pump lulz.
7. Telepathy - This is a groovy song! The pre-chorus is addictive and my fave part. The adlibs may actually be the best on this whole album too. Let's not forget about that outro either tho...so addictive.
While I did rank these and there's a first and last, I truly don't think there's a blah song on here. They all serve their purpose and can fit whatever mood you're in. I'm sure my tastes differs from yours tho...heh.
