I think based on discography, and I am unsure if I can trust the Blackpink formula to have a better album. I'm probably getting ahead of myself here but I feel they're very hit or miss. I hope I am wrong because I like both groups.

Twice haven’t released good music in ages and I don’t think that’s going to change. They’re a group that releases new music to tour that’s about it.
As for BP I didn’t really care about born pink all that much so they’ll have to try something that’s different than that to appeal to me. Lisa rose Jennie all had individual songs I liked tho so maybe without teddy butchering their disco and YG maybe giving them more freedom they can be interesting again.

Twice doesnt really need to worry about charts now. They used up their charting on 9 back to back number 1 songs something i think 1 or 2 other groups have done before. Thats a generational run that i think its ok for them to just rest on their success and release what they like not necessarily what will chart well. Though, i think JYP could do better with picking their Title to help them along.
