MAMAMOO > NMIXX > Babymonster
No group can touch Mamamoo (let's be it vocals, rap or dance combined), and even tho I don't like what JYP is doing with NMIXX, they're more balanced than Babymon, because they are a smaller group.
But the monsters can be next to them as the best of the best if YG don't mess this up!

Mamamoo also is involved a lot in writing/composons their songs to the point that Moonbyul is now the most credited female idol in Komca history.
Dancing skills can go to NMIXX or Babymonster. Mamamoo are preetty good too, it’s just that they focus more on vocal performances.

Babymon has a long way to go, they're very young so if YG don't mess it up, they can be really good.
As for NMIXX, I think their dancing skills are decent, their choreos are pretty hard too, and let's say, they can cover up their mistakes pretty good. Their rapper-line is weak, that's for sure, but I don't think that's their main focus anyway.

About dancing. I think, Chungha said on Wheein's latest Youtube Variety Show that Wheein's vocals overshadowing how amazing dancer she is. And not only her, but Moonbyul and the others as well.
I mean, Lia Kim said it herself that Wheein is basically like a real pro dancer. Her dance covers are there if someone try to deny it. Her versatility and flow is insane!
And pretty much only the fans knows that everyone in Mamamoo are great rappers as well when they do it seriously.
