Who was better at girl crush? 4Minute or BLACKPINK?

Never heard of 4minute in my life so

Crazy is the only song I know from them

I'll pity vote 4minute because I started in k-pop near their disbandment

Their songs quality is very mixed though

4Minute is more edgy and tomboyish , so I think they look cooler. Hence my vote goes to them

Anyway…

I believe in the development of everything and these two groups are only comparable by music. 4M was never on BP’s level, Cube is far from Big3 power and back then kpop wasn’t as wide as it is today. Given that as a fact, I don’t think we can compare them fairly either. They served different audiences, generationally speaking.

Nowadays, 4M songs might sound dated. And sooner or later, BP’s songs will sound dated as well.

Concept wise, I think both delivered such good releases according to their generation. The waves just evolved, both are great girl crush symbols.

4minute is one of my least fav popular ggs. Meh songs (i only like 1 or 2 songs), mediocre vocals, annoying rap, lacking charisma (Hyuna & friends) and strong visual.

If I want to be honest, I never understood why people think Blackpink is a girl crush concept group. Because they have the same YG swag style? For me, the real girl crush is the two groups down below!

Let's be real, when it comes to actual girl crush, no one can come close to 2NE1 and MAMAMOO! Especially the latter. How many girl groups' fandom is 90% female fans?
