They don't. Most idols barely know about the day to day business let alone the serious behind the scenes administration and HR happenings. Plus idols have almost zero say in what an agency does about employees etc. the only way an idols has a say about someone is if that person works very closely with them like their managers or a few other staff members that are very close to them. That if something happened and that person was missing they would start asking questions. Outside of this they don't have any day about stuff nor would notice much changing with the staff
