Jype is a cult and overwork their groups
Hybe is trash, bully, weird bang PD
Sme is... bad too, their fbs are the worst ever in SK.
YGE is bad, but like they still keep contact with their ex idols and a good relationship from what I see.
YG - lost their main asset, will take a long time to recover with BM. SM - is just at the bottom, its main group RIIZE is having difficulties, aespa had a good year in terms of numbers, but had a weak tour. HYBE - problems with plagiarism, disputes with one of the top groups, no prospects for the future, everything is based on BTS who may not sign a contract. JYP - StrayKids are feeling good now, but the company has no prospects. I would choose YG, since they have already passed the bottom.

S2 Ent (KIOF) - a founder is legendary Mr. HONG who created 4Minute, CLC and Gidle.
BRD Ent (Soojin) - A perfect management, I like how they promote my SOOJIN. They signed a second soloist.
Big Planet Made (VIVIZ, Badvillain) - I am not sure about newgg, but they are doing good with Viviz. Always a quality content.
