Harris set up a program to allow first time offenders (not violent) crimes to get back to society. They had to take regular drugs test, do schooling and work regularly.

If they did well, they no longer had a criminal record.

No politician who actually wants to win their race would ever tell their potential voters not to vote. Not even to uphold a complete lie such as him winning the previous election and blaming voter fraud. Furthermore, if he genuinely gave a damn about the Republican party and not just himself, he wouldn't tell people they'll no longer need to vote once he's no longer eligible. There's no scenario where any of this would ever make sense, except for

A) He intends to become a democracy-destroying dictator

or

B) He's utterly delusional enough to think he can "fix" American politics in such a way as to make the Democratic party irrelevant and essentially make us a one-party nation through other means.

Which of the two do you find more plausible? Because I can tell you right now he's not winning any election in a landslide, and this "you won't have to vote" nonsense could completely backfire on him if his followers take it to heart a little too soon, or at the very least, he could be dooming the future of the Republican party to quench his own ego. Liberal Americans aren't going anywhere, and our votes are demonstrably less fraudulent than his own.
