No, they're just throwing temper tantrums and venting about me and pretending it's about NewJeans. They think their weak ass shade and stale ass tea can alter the reality of NewJeans' dominance and humble me, all it does is encourage me to trigger them more.

There are so many more spicy threads I choose not to make to keep the peace.

I'm not boycotting. I'm just busy with real life and have limited bandwidth. Right now, that bandwidth is divided between NJs and RIIZE. Since RIIZE seems to need more attention, I'm just paying more attention to RIIZE. In general, I don't visit AKP that much.

I had a stretch of nothing but positive or neutral threads. People still acted out of line and said shitty things about NewJeans.

If they want to play the victim so badly, I'm going to give them valid reasons to do so from now on.

It's not a boycott thing, when you dare to make a positive thread or non controversial, there's a high chance of flopping, it's not specific to njs...

I realised with Get Up last year their music wasn't for me. Not even actively dislike. Just eh on it.

So I just don't even bother listening to their new releases. I know it's not for me and I'm not their audience.

Because of that, can't really engage in Bop or Flop.

I have missed most Nj's releases so I never commented on those bop/flop threads but I caught up recently.

NJ's music is really a hit or miss for me, no in betweens. For last 4 releases Right now was the only one that clicked with me and thanks to a post by Daisy sharing an AI cover by baek yerin I haven't really been the same (I am guilty of streaming the Ai cover more) (I blame daisy)

im only a fan of the girls, not their music. But I do like OMG and Gods. Ive called their music mid because to me it is, but it's more likely it's just my taste, as they seem to be doing just fine.

I have not received my payola check from Hybe to promote their artists.

I'm going to give Twice their flowers for what I feel is their most impressive accomplishment

I've been in a very pensive and reflective mood this week, and my thoughts eventually turned to Twice and what I really find impressive about them.

Honestly, I did not think they were going to make it through contract renewals as a full group. When I saw Mina and Jeongyeon needing to take a break from the group, I assumed there was a 0% they would renew, but they surprised me.

I also thought really hard about it and there have never been any rumors of discord in the group and I don't normally see…

These threads are boring lbr, that's why. There are only few Tokkies here, and most of these casual fans don't have time to mingle. It's summer break. If I drop a comment, would that make it better? no.
