Anyway I won’t put down women for men so I’m not going to say anything. I also feel BG’s and GG’s appeal differently. People often downgrade GG’s when pit against BG’s because their choreos are less demanding etc etc which I find annoying af. I just felt NJ have less stage presence than their counter parts. In EXO case I think they have more stage presence than most fellow BG’s with sheer talent alone. But I’m not interested in comparing a BG and GG.

Sigh, it’s obviously Exo. This is another New Jeans set up thread. And don’t say - disregard vocals - because one of the most important parts of performance is live vocals. If you want to ask who are the better dancers then do that.

I watched all of the videos you included and heard not a single live note from any New Jeans member. Just prerecorded vocals. Whereas several Exo members were clearly singing live. But it isn’t fair to compare a rookie group to THE Exo, one of the most talented and experienced groups still active.

If Exo was a girl group they'd out do New Jeans any day of the week

What are you talking about MHJ was conceptually responsible for multiple EXO releases like Exodus, the war/TPOM, Love Shot etc

I don’t think she contributed in their musical direction but idk if she ever did that with anyone at SM.

The real kicker about EXO is how after MAMA era Yoo Young Jin never collaborated with exo leading to their impeccable discography and my forever gratitude.

This has to be a set up. The number of iconic stages EXO have under their belt, the number of years they've performed together, the number of insanely talented members in EXO.... I love Newjeans but anyone choosing them over EXO are either doing it out of pity or they're blind
