I am so surprised people say ITZY comeback sounds bad ?

BORN TO BE as a song has grown on me I just miss Lia sm.

It's definitely not bad, it's just unmemorable and lack luster. Born to be would have been better as the title track. Untouchable is a nice song, but that's about it. It's not really jaw-dropping or a song I would replay a lot.

I love Untouchable and Born to Be so much. I usually don't follow the sheep mentality. Now Mr.Vampire I am still warming up to but this has been one of my fav comebacks by them since Loco/MITM.

Itzy are one of the best performers of all time if you ask me, and they always get bomb ass choreography.

Untouchable isn't terrible but extremely forgettable(doesn't even feel like an itzy song.) Whoever their team is choosing their title tracks keep screwing itzy over big time. Mr.Vampire should have just been the title track if that was the best they could do. Knetz liked the song and it's more public-friendly it wouldn't have been a big hit but it definitely would be charting at least.

I like Born to be more too but it would flop as a title track in SK, the song is way too loud.

Untouchable is amazing and 'Born to Be' as a whole album is one of the best they've released.

Curiously, I've seen more positive reception for this comeback than they've got since 'Loco'.

A curious thing with kpop stans is when a song flops they keep saying it's because of the song being loud/noise or generic/boring or the company gives them horrible songs as title tracks. My main philosophy has always been it's never about the song but FOMO, heavy promo, and trendiness of the artist singing them. If a group has none of those (or for better results ALL of them) it doesn't matter how many excuses one gives to the performance of a song because had they released pots and pans as a title track but were a trendy group people developed strong FOMO for and they promote it heavily, fans will say that song is liked by GP.

untouchable is like their least hated since loco.

People are kind of like sheep so they only want one specific sound from all the GGs right now. It really makes everything dull as heck but it is what it is.

I don't think sneakers was bad though it was catchy to me there are other songs that were a bit more underwhelming. I personally prefer their wannabe era though. I haven't checked this song yet though. I'll give my opinion later.

The title song was generally liked in this forum. Koreans found it outdated and did not like it. I also thought that the replay value was low because it was a bit retro and MV was cheap. I think Mr Vampire or Born to Be mv's were more fun. The Untouchable MV was underwhelming compared to these two. It's a good song, but a bit monotonous. I personally wasn't impressed by any part of it. Born to Be performance video is of better quality. I personally liked the solo songs more. This CB was good. Netizens just didn't like the title track.

I'm still surprised why Sneakers are not loved. I think it was one of their most fun songs and I listened to it a lot when it was released. I also noticed this about Itzy. MV quality drops dramatically with every CB. Sneaker teasers MV were of better quality. It faded in Cheshire, Then again, the Cake teasers were extremely boring. Unfortunately, I think Jyp did it on purpose. There's nothing wrong with the songs, I think. There are some I like, there are some I like less.

Untouchable is their best song in a long time imo! It's really good and catchy.

I can see why people don't like it don't kill me I listened to it it gives more twice vibes than itzy's it's not what you would expect from itzy I personally wasn't feeling it. that's not to say it was bad but I understand the mixed opinions. imo sneakers>>>>
