Who would you say is having a successful career out of all the Produce 101 S1 contestants?

the question as usual isn't which one is most successful but rather how does one define success...

hell this is even beyond kpop group A vs kpop group B since now we have to bring in acting accolades...

how does one compare acting vs singing vs other stuff???

I mentioned it in my comment, but it doesn't matter if her latest releases weren't as popular. Not every single release will hit the same, that's normal in the industry, there's going to be highs and lows.

And her social media is starting from scratch, but not her career lol. People already know who she is, she's got hit songs and can promote anywhere on shows. Chungha is a known commodity and she's got some of the highest streaming numbers without even releasing songs in 2023.

And you can include Yeonjung in the conversation as well. WJSN is an upper tier group and herself has gotten into multiple musicals in the last few years and was nominated for Best New Actress.

Soyeon when it comes to charting plus being the most successful songwriter/producer in Kpop idol history

Somi when it comes to overall popularity including both charting and lucrative endorsement deals

The rest are all irrelevant. Also before anyone quotes me asking where's Soyeon, I am only ranking the contestants that made it to IOI.

Apart from the IOI 11, only Soyeon seems to have a noteworthy career.

So I would rank,

Soyeon, Sejeong and Somi are the most successful.

Chungha was previously, but has since slowed down

It is difficult to pick one person, because depending on their activities/comebacks/drama releases - their fame goes up and down.
