Yes. She was probably the most popular internationally.

In Korea, she was like #2 or #3. At the time of debut, Sullyoon was the most popular, but then slowly Haewon took her place. During that time Jinni was there and before Haewon became most popular, Jinni and Haewon were hypothetically battling for the #2 and #3 spots.

Also, each member of NMIXX could easily sell 30k with their China bars, so I think 51k looks about right factoring in her Chinese, Korean, and possibly international fanbase.

My guess is: She saw how bad was Nmixx start compared with their seniors, so she left thinking after seven years (if they even make it to the seven years) she will be broke since JYP take must of their money.

At first I thought it was artistic differences and she just didn't like the music they were making, but I feel like it'd have to be more than that for JYP to actually let her go.

Like you gotta do something to be able to leave freely without any fines or non-compete clauses.

I don't know if she's popular in China.

But she was one of the more popular members in NMIXX, and the popular members that are still there are selling at least 30k. I'm just putting two and two together and assuming she could probably sell that much as someone who was pushed as the center, visual, and one of the more popular members of the group.
