Music and politics cannot really be separated. Ever since kingship was invented, there were always court musicians singing and playing music for the King and Queen.

If he or one of his followers wins in 2024, a big disaster for KPop in USA is bound to occur.

He or his follower is very likely to encourage country music, and if he or his follower has won, that means such ethos has become dominant in USA, and hostile to KPop.

It is not inconceivable to see a real physical fight occurring between the Kpop fans and country fans for the battle for "American Culture".

Which might lead to a complete expulsion of KPop from USA at least.

Koreans showed it didn't care about KPop thru what it did to BTS, and also to Fifty Fifty. The Korean establishment supported some old guy, who never really did any meaningful thing in his entire life, over Fifty Fifty, who actually did something in the Billboard Chart, because they valued him despite of he not being useful at all (and his audition is already dead on arrival since there won't be any good contestants, the better ones already being consumed in earlier, better financed auditions).

If Korea treats Kpop like that there is no reason for other peoples to treat KPop well .

I personally don't care if all of the Korean company owners, including a certain former owner, are all carried to the back burner. They don't care about KPop's explosion, just their own short term profits.

That aside, he never liked KPop, he never met with any KPop figure, and he supported country singers who were fighting KPop. Since he is much less likely to show restraints than his first stint, he will probably introduce laws, even executive orders, prohibiting singers whose primary languages are not English or Spanish to perform for more than a certain number of days in USA, with Canada adopting a similar measure. Like Xi Jinping's orders prohibiting Koreans from performing in China (with people like Song Yuqi exempt though).

So New Jeans might perform as New Jeans-A (Australia) with the two Australian born members, Stray Kids could be Stray Kids C&F (Christopher and Felix), and perform in USA as duos. I don't know how BTS will react since it doesn't seem to have someone with a non-Korean citizenship.

Wdym? The audition is off to a great start.

You are genuinely cooked in the head. Like massive head injury or dropped as a child level cooked.

Holy shit, just whacky. Maybe too much of the devils lettuce?

Like... just... holy crap... I think this quote sums up your nonsense best:

Jeon's entire life is much ado about nothing.

The Singaporean tycoon is the one calling the shots and seems he is not really using the best talents.

Once again, Jeon was had by someone who was trying to use him to get a foothold in the K-entertainment field.
