Very weak
During music bank you had 2 strong 4th gen BG , one of the top GG and Mamamoo who's a big name + nmixx who have a decent fanbase
Beside nct dream, taemin and lsrf the rest have a really weak fanbase in france
+ ateez who have a decent following
Dreamcatcher, Ateez, Taemin, NCT Dream, LE SSERAFIM really have a lot of fans in France. MONSTA X too but I don't know about the SHOWNU X HYUNGWON unit.
As for the rest of the groups, I have no idea.
It annoys me because I wouldn't be able to go see them (I work)

But ateez did fill accor arena so depending on mnet's organization and prices, it's not impossible. The overall lineup could be stronger tho
the fact that txt will go to London which is too expensive to and awful organization too but not Paris is kinda breaking my heart but hey bh is probably testing the waters for Europe (if kpoplux ass self doesn't ruin it) so i'll try to be patient T . T
