Create an AKP Playlist with me #3

Hi, here to continue my mission to promote my faves, and also allow you the opportunity to promote yours. This is part 3 of us, creating our AKP Playlist #3. As per usual, name your faves album following the below rules. After 10 albums, I will post the playlist for all of you to listen to so that you can also listen to some new music promoted by other users here

• Only the first 10 replies (that followed the following rules below) in this thread will be chosen
• You can only post 1 album in this thread, you can only post another IF I reject your album because you didn't follow the rules
• The album has to be 8 songs or less
• Album can be from any group or any solo artist
• Must be a Korean album
• I will not count repeated artists, that is if a previous reply for example has chosen a BTS album, subsequent BTS albums will be ignored and not be counted
• I will not include albums which are already in previous playlists, in the list below because no repeats

Actually about that, like what was the issue? They couldn't choose which song to choose as their title track?

They have this comitee that choses songs for every album. Each division has their own comitee.

I timestamped this part in the interview, where they discuss how much freedom they have.

So they come up with many songs (25 - 30+) and submit, company choose. They said they haven't really had a situation where they desperately fought for a song and were kinda ok with what the company choose

That sounds really good, their situation is definitely different. Because of course, an artist need a help from company to monitor what to put in the album and things like that. But they make their songs and then choose with company what songs go in the album (also it seems like no one is 'remodeling' their songs), so it seems like a really good situtation in that way. I think with Day6 JYPE is more failing with the ways how to promote them, rather than with music-making aspect.

Also, JYP himself definitely do have influence on them as well. I'll just crop this lil extract for Day & Night. I suppose JYP himself do give ideas on what type of songs the company might be looking for as well
