Why CJ doesn't try to held MAMA at Madison Square Garden if they believe that K-pop had global appeal already or South East Asia if they're not really undermining SEA contribution to KPop to be honest.

I feel there must be more money overseas than in Korea in terms of single concert revenue. Or their sponsors are from foreign countries.

It's 80% Kpop, 10% other K-artist and 10% other artists from other countries

Covid time doesn’t count in my book. Anyway, it is what it is. Mama has always been a show predominantly held outside korea

i mean, MAMA had been doing their ceremony outside from South Korea since 2011, they went to Macau, Singapore and Hongkong, then went back to Korea on 2021 and Japan last year
