Spanish speakers please help; Chiquita and Ruka

In spanish Chiquita means little one. But it is a nice way to call someone. I think is like they way some characters refer to young apprenticies on Star wars, Younglings

I even call my friends Chiquis

Never heard of the Word Ruka or Ruca, must be some slang from an specific spanish speaking country

ruca is not an Spanish word it's more like a Mexican slang but it's a derogatory word for an old woman ( I think) or girlfriend ex mi ruca
