Why is Spanish twitter laughing that the younger member is called Chiquita while the oldest member is called Ruka?

i dont speak spanish (at least fluently) but from what i've heard chiquita and ruka means small/little girl and old girl

ruca is not an Spanish word it's more like a Mexican slang but it's a derogatory word for an old woman ( I think) or girlfriend ex mi ruca

Those are numbers in Spanish by the way - which have very little to do with the abbreviations groups like BTS, NCT and TXT use to simplify things.
