But Kakao? Like you stan IU who is in Kakao, and because of that you stan IVE who technically isn't even Kakao but Starship? And by that logic you also stan Apink and Weeekly? Or The Boyz? Woodz?

Like I for the life of mine cannot name a single person who actually stans all these groups together just because they are "Kakao"

So like do people actually believe in this Kakao stan shit or is everyone actually in on the joke together I need to know

the only reason it happen just a coincidence
and camaraderie of their bias artist due to their senior

like YG known for hip hop girl crush concept
the fans ideal KPOP concept stan
same can be said for SM before the Kwangya concept happen or 2nd Gen era
SM image back then known for a large amount of members for each group SNSD and Super Junior and sexy concept ?
JYP is more cutesy ?

basically KPOP fans stan divided by those concept sexy, girl crush and cute back on 2nd gen era

You see it during pre debut of groups.

There are fan accounts and media that follows trainees of big companies and lots of discussion about possible line ups, ect.

These are people that like groups from some labels so they keep up with other stuff from the label.

There are probably not a lot in terms of percentages, but they exist.

Kakao is the media conglomerate that owns many companies including Melon, Daum (top 2 Korean social media platform), majority owner of LEON, majority owner of Starship, and recently is in partnership with Cube getting 30-35% of their profits.

Ive fans and their victimhood when they had nearly four years experienced popular idols as rookies ( lol) and kakao had the funds to give them huge promo and push. Connections on TV etc like any big four firm. That is called privilege but surely poor Ive is self made group who had rags when they debuted. Sure

For the last several months, I've felt like if you stan IVE, you're inherently a Kakao stan, even if you don't stan other Kakao groups.
