Yeah I agreed.. For Twice next English release I believe they would do more stadium in the US and add more western countries as well..

They can sell domes easily in Japan. They haven’t started their Europe and Asia dates. I don’t think so? They toured a lot of US sates and did well so maybe profit margins can be higher but I don’t think the total number of people who attend twice concert can compete with the BG’s. Unless I’m highly mistaken i’m pretty sure NCT SKZ 17’s tours will be ahead of them.

Yes twice is easily one of the biggest touring act in kpop , they made near about 27.5 million from 12 shows and 2 shows which are left to reported are of banc of California so they made 30+ million from 14 dates.

While skz made 26.5 million from 23 shows and seventeen made 27 million form 26 shows.

Exo can be exception since we don't know how well their next tour will do.

Skz is biggest 4th gen touring act their 2nd date for banc of California hasn't sold out yet while twice had 20k+ people waiting even after selling out 2nd date.

I only agree with you if OP means by the number of countries as JYP doesnt even know where Europe is, but by attendance, it should be around BP's numbers

US is a profit driven country not really for the numbers. Those stadiums are small 10-15k. And Japan all the big BG’s do big tours. Popularity in Japan isnt really a requirement to tour there even with no popularity BGs will tour as big as twice in Japan. The difference will mostly come when twice can’t tour South Korea as extensively as BG’s. As for the rest of their Asian tour twice have not toured big or as big as some of the other BG’s but maybe in current conditions it’ll be really huge idk. But IMO I don’t think twice can compete with BG’s overall in Asia including Japan when total numbers come up.

TWICE has bigger revenue than Stray Kids, because their Tokyo Dome dates already counted to the final, so they have an advantage the biggest stop in the tour is in the final. When the Kyocera Dome concerts are added to Stray Kids' revenue, It will impact a lot, including in the average of touring attendance. If you notice, so far, the average price of Stray Kids' tickets are a bit bigger than Twice's.

About the Banc of California, I don't know If It's a fair comparison, because Maniac Tour has 16 booked concerts on US, while III Tour had 9. It is almost the double and 6 are in Los Angeles area alone. They covered there more than TWICE did before their stadium concert. But whatever, they have until april...

I don't think TWICE has bigger touring power than Stray Kids, sorry. I can be wrong, but I don't see them touring bigger than them in Latin America or Europe, for example. When in the last Stray Kids charts their albums in the official chart of multiple countries with only streams and digital sales. TWICE is big, I have no doubts, but they have a more concentrated popularity in certain regions than Stray Kids has.

And the regions they equally go, Stray Kids have the same venues size and do more dates, even though It's their first proper world tour and JYP is still doing baby steps in some aspects (the previous was cancelled lol)

twice tour had limited dates due to COVID , they can easily do more dates in Japan. 2019 they were doing 220k in Japan . Even during last tour demand were so high that they were live telecasting concert in movie theaters.

Korean dates were reasons for low average for twice, due COVID protocol they only 40 to 50% of capacity ticket were on lower side . For next tour I think their tickets will get more expensive because even now their off market ticket are more expensive they skz.

Skz have 9 month gap between banc of California date and past tour dates while twice dates were announced only 1.5 month before concert still they got sold out.

Twice have strong casual following they done 130k ticket in us while selling 70k albums even if look at total sales twice sold more album in us over time

Stray Kids are a bigger touring force than Twice, so are groups like Seventeen.

Perceptions are clearly very skewed because some people only see Japan and the US here when it comes to touring even though Stray Kids out tour Twice in the US and Seventeen in Japan lol

I have no doubts about it. I know they can do more dates in Japan than only 3 concerts. I'm talking more about the actual booked dates for each group and how having your biggest stop already added to your revenues ups It along with touring attendance. But Stray Kids' biggest stop - that is also a dome - is yet to be counted.

Sorry, are you talking about low average in attendance or in tickets' price? If It's attendance, I can understand why they were impacted by covid restrictions in Korea, I remember they even had to have one date cancelled due to Covid. But tickets price was 109k wons, the same as Stray Kids. It seems an agency's standard. And they also performed in the same place (Kspo Dome), with Stray Kids have an advantage of using the whole place because they weren't impacted.

Their 4 arena concerts in Los Angeles area were in July and the Banc of California concerts were announced in November, with the tickets opening in late November (Iirc, but I can search better later). It gives actually 4 months from one to another and they also added more 2 concerts in other areas along with it. So yes, they have 9 months from the previous concerts to their stadium dates, but you were making a judgement based on when the tickets opened. If you want to count the 9 months, isn't better to wait how It will be when actually happens?
