They should've released Impurities as a Pre-release song like a month ahead of Antifragile. Like how NJ is doing it with Ditto. I actually don't know why more companies aren't doing this since it only costs another usually cheaper M/V. I think the only other group that's done this lately is Black Pink.

Or saved it for their next album. It's actually a complete title song, not cut down like some B sides can be, with a real bridge and title track worthy choreography. It woulda left a hole for those who bought the AF album to not have Impurities in it, but the sacrifice might have been worth it for Fearnots if Impurities had ended up as the title for their next comeback and done even better on the charts than AF.
On another note, relating to charting accomplishments like Spotify or Melon....for those that think only success stans notice these kinds of achievements, think again...

Naw. That would just mean less songs for us lol. Anyways I'm hoping Unforgiven is a HUGE banger along with some A-level B sides. Usually a group needs to get like 2 hit songs to stabilize their fandom. If they can hit it out-of-the-park with their next song then LSFM is gonna cement their seat as a contender for the top of the 4th Gen.
Not my impact but I do stream it on the regular on Apple Music.

No one will fight you on the song comparison, even the most hardened NJ fan should be willing to admit that AF is better.
However, as for LSRFM taking on the 4th Gen Blackpink role...i would be THRILLED to be proven wrong about my prediction that NJ will be the BP and cultural reset of 4th gen. I would love for my girls to be the next BP. But i just don't see it. I see them as the MMM/RV of this generation.
I even see the next Itzy comparisons, given how performance based LSRFM truly is. Itzy are better individual dancers but i think LSRFM challenges them in terms of putting on a show that captivates the audience.

Career rout wise, I think Le Sserafim is more similar to BTS rather than BP.
They are performance heavy and having slow and steady rise like BTS, while NewJeans is exploding right out of the gate like BP.

Idk about here, Army is very big and diverse fandom, but I've seen bunch of Army in reddit and Panchoa (yes Panchoa, I got led astray by one AKP user) said something along the line "this is the first time since BTS bla bla bla .... after watching their performance"

I feel NJ needs more differentiation between members and their personalities to be that
Western GG's and Western popular GG's are very much defined by being a group of different people. Hell that was the Spice Girls whole concept. The Sporty One, The Posh One, The Scary One etc...
I still think thats ONE reason why Blackpink struck a chord outside Korea. That the members are distinct in look and personality. You could immediately identify and pick a favorite. The Cool Rapper. The Glamorous One with Attitude. The Indie Rocker Type Girl. The Princess.
It's one of the reasons why I think LSF has the best shot as well. There's easy distinction between the members. Well... easier than most of the other BIG 4th gen groups.

i do prefer impurities as a principal but there’s no way it would’ve done as well as antifragile on charts if it was the title track. Not all good songs are title track material and this is sth i wish more people understood lol

If Bang PD continues to be involved in Le Sserafim’s music, I think we’ll get another solid title and quality B-sides for Unforgiven. HYBE has been pretty good with music content output (they aren’t stingy etc.)
But competition is a the name of the game and how can you have that without comparing every chart, stat, feeling? The old KPOP stan motto: LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED OR UNTHROWN
