The 9 that filed an injunction are still under contract.
They haven't been able to go through the legal process to break that contract yet. That takes a LOT of time, especially if the company wants to fight it.

The girls are not getting paid anyway. BBC is trying to squeeze money out of them one last time, because it's over when the case gets to court. It's clear they want to leave with the 9 injuctions going on. I'm in full support of the boycott.
