i have just watched cheer up twice and i dont see 4th gen idols looking older

That stage felt like it had no soul in it. That’s what differentiates it from the ITNW stage for me

Stage was kinda dead, but it was probably cause they tried to fit 7 or something groups into one song. They didn't remix the song really and just divided it up between the rotating groups.

Probably would have been better if they had just picked a few girls from each group and had them perform. Then we would have seen more choreo and more expressions.

But, I am honored as a Once that this seemed like MAMA's way of honoring Twice and giving them their flowers as Icons. To have all of the biggest 4th gen GG members to perform that song just cements their legendary status.

I don't think their looks were much older or anything. They had a different vibe and aesthetic, 3G was heavily into cute early on while 4G is more girl crush. I mean when 3g covered SNSD they gave off an older vibe than SNSD when they released ITNW because SNSD had a youthful energy image.

As for the stage it looked unorganised as if it was put together without much prep. The camera director also sucked, either too zoomed in or too zoomed out.

People think its easy to pull off cute, it's actually not. I'd argue is harder to pull off than non cute concepts.

Cute concept is not easy, even Twice hate performing Cheer Up and TT nowadays and prefer CFM or ICSM.

Is it just me or Wonyoung was super low energy the whole time? she seemed so stiff like her dancing was bad her lip sync was super off, don't get me wrong she looked insanely beautiful and stylish but i never realized how stiff she was compared to other idols or maybe it was just only this performance because she never stood out to me as bad at dancing before

Maybe rookies from today did not train to perform cute songs

Kep1er, NMIXX, Rei and Chaewon did rather well. Twice has always been so good at selling their concept though and they are very charismatic so it's hard to compare.
